ARSENE WENGER will know six games from the end of the season whether or not Arsenal will win the championship.

The Gunners boss believes that is the point at which he will be able to tell if his players have what it takes to hold off rivals Manchester United and Chelsea and regain the Premiership title.

Arsenal go into today's 3pm derby clash at home to Charlton seven points clear of United and nine ahead of Chelsea, but with 12 games remaining Wenger feels it is too soon to tell whether his team will end the season on top.
