REAL MADRID goalkeeper Iker Casillas claims Manchester United are interested in signing him.

The 23-year-old Spain international is the number-one choice at the Bernabeu but has been tipped to solve United's keeper problems.

Current stopper Tim Howard has struggled for form while Roy Carroll is expected to leave Old Trafford when his contract expires at the end of the season.
