It is difficult, with many sporting prodigies, to find the balance between the hyperbole foisted upon them and the reality of their potential.

If the plaudits in the English rugby media being heaped upon the broad shoulders of Northampton Saints back-rower Henry Pollock, 20, are to be believed, Leinster will have a handful to deal with when the sides meet in their Champions Cup semi-final on Saturday.
