Ireland U20 head coach Neil Doak has made two changes from the side which defeated Scotland to the one which will face Wales in the Six Nations at Rodney Parade on Friday night.

Eoghan Smyth replaces fellow Munster man Gene O'Leary Kareen in midfield. Cork Con's Smyth will wear the 12 jersey while Connor Fahy will switch from inside to outside centre. O'Leary Kareem is among the replacements.

In the front row, Ulster's Tom McAllister comes in for Leinster's Alex Mullan at tighthead prop. Mullan will be on the bench.
