English referee Matthew Carley will officiate the Champions Cup final meeting between Leinster and Toulouse on Saturday, May 25.

Carley - set to referee the showpiece for the first time - will be assisted by Karl Dickson, Andrea Piardi and Ian Tempest.

Fellow English man Dickson and Italian Piardi will operate as assistant referees at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while Tempest will act as Television Match Official (TMO).

Elsewhere, French official Mathieu Raynal will take charge of the Challenge Cup final between the URC's Hollywoodbet Sharks and English Premiership outfit Gloucester. 

Ireland’s Andrew Brace and Pierre Brousset of France will assist Raynal, while Eric Gauzins will be stationed in the TMO booth. The second-tier European final will take place on Friday, May 24, also at the home of Tottenham.
