French newspaper reports: Ronan O’Gara turned down a return to Ireland

French newspaper Midi Olympique are reporting that Ronan O'Gara has knocked back a move for him by the IRFU.

According to the report the union wanted O'Gara to replace Les Kiss in the Ireland camp following his move to Ulster.
