See Donal Lenihan explain why the game was lost after the first 10 minutes

Former Ireland and Lions player, Donal Lenihan, says Argentina were "reminiscent of the French in the good old days" in today's World Cup quarter-final.

The Pumas scored four tries in their win over Ireland at the Millennium Stadium and the former second row says they showed their class, whereas Joe Schmidt's men had no answer to the challenge.

Donal did recognise the monumental effort by Ireland to get themselves back into the game, but he also highlighted the quality of the Pumas' passing and their physicality at the breakdown which helped them to their victory.

He was also not so sure that the presence of Paul O'Connell, Johnny Sexton, Peter O'Mahony, Sean O'Brien and Jared Payne would have made much difference to the outcome of the quarter-final, such was the quality of the Argentine play.
