RFU looks into Farrell ticket sale to Irish fan

The Rugby Football Union is investigating the circumstances that led to a match ticket allocated to England fly-half Owen Farrell being sold on a ticketing website.

The £70 (€85) ticket for Saturday’s 13-10 RBS 6 Nations victory over Ireland at Twickenham was bought by an Irish fan from Viagogo for £440 (€536) the evening before the game.
