Cruciate injury to sideline Wallace for 'significant period'

Ulster centre Paddy Wallace’s season may be over after the club confirmed he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament in their RaboDirect PRO12 game against Glasgow on Friday evening.

The injury forced Wallace to come off before the hour mark in Scotstoun on Friday and a scan yesterday evening revealed the extent of the damage.
