Jones benched for Treviso encounter

Fullback Felix Jones has been named in a Munster match day squad for the first time since sustaining a foot injury in an international against France last August.

Jones made his AIL return for Shannon against Young Munster last Friday and having come through unscathed will take his place among Munster’s replacements for their RaboDirect PRO12 meeting with Treviso at the Stadio Monigo on Saturday (4.15pm).

Ronan O'Gara, Donnacha Ryan and Peter O'Mahony will all be in the Munster starting XV having returned from the international squad after last weekend’s debacle at the Stade de France.

Tommy O'Donnell also returns to the squad after injury.

The flanker has been out of action since the Ulster game in December.

In the absence of Paul O’Connell, his fellow lock Mick O'Driscoll will captain the side.
