IRB: Barnes penalty was right call

The International Rugby Board and RBS 6 Nations have exonerated referee Wayne Barnes of blame for Ireland’s 23-21 RBS 6 Nations defeat by Wales.

Barnes penalised and sin-binned flanker Stephen Ferris for a dangerous tackle on Ian Evans in the final minute at Lansdowne Road on Sunday.
