Flannery out of Munster squad

As expected, Jerry Flannery is the only exception from the Munster squad that beat Toulon ahead of their Magners League game against Benetton Treviso at Thomond Park on Friday (7.45pm).

The hooker aggravated a calf injury in Munster's 45-18 victory against the French side.

Coach Tony McGahan will have to guard against complacency in what is an experienced squad of players intent on recapturing the league title.

Treviso have already shocked Leinster at home and there will be no element of surprise in what they will bring to a Munster side captained by Denis Leamy.
