Ex-Munster prop on Toulon bench for final
Former Munster prop Timmy Ryan has made the replacements bench on the Toulon squad to play Cardiff Blues in the Amlin Challenge Cup final in Marseilles tomorrow.
The Irish Youths international is known to have improved his scrimmaging in the harsh environment of the French league.
It is a fair accomplishment given the heavy spending Toulon have carried out in bringing over the likes of Jonny Wilkinson, Sonny Bill Williams and Joe van Niekerk to France.
