Welsh U20 to start at outhalf against Ulster

Wales U20 Jason Tovey is set to start at outside half for The Dragons against Ulster at Ravenhill in the Magner's League tomorrow night.

Welsh lock Luke Charteris will return to captain the Dragons with Welsh teammate Danny Lydiate is also set to start in the back row.

Will Harries returns from the International Sevens circuit with Wales to start on the wing.

Outside centre Tom Riley comes in for Matthew Watkins and Rhodri Gomer-Davies replaces Ashley Smith at twelve.
