Paterson to captain Edinburgh against Ulster

Sharpshooter Chris Paterson will lead Edinburgh into battle with Ulster in the Heineken Cup at Ravenhill on Friday.

There is a solid look to the Scots with British & Irish Lions hooker Ross Ford at the centre of a strong pack of forwards.

Greig Laidlaw and Phil Godman make a sound half-back partnership with John Houston and Ben Cairns providing balance in the midfield.
