Young look to McEntee squad
There is an exciting look to the young side coach Colin McEntee has selected to represent Leinster against Plymouth Albion in the opening round of the first British & Irish Cup at Brickfields Recreation Grounds on Saturday (KO: 4.30pm).
Centre Brendan Macken and loose forwards Dominic Ryan and Rhys Ruddock are eligible for the Ireland U20s later this season, as are replacements Stewart Maguire and Andrew Conway.
Scrum-half Paul O'Donohoe captains a side also including last season's U20 World Cup players Ian McKinley, David Kearney, Michael Keating and Jack McGrath.
