Ireland and Munster hooker Frank Sheahan has today announced his retirement from rugby.

Ireland and Munster hooker Frank Sheahan has today announced his retirement from rugby.

Sheahan, 32, said: "I had injured the pec' (pectoral muscle) against Connacht at Christmas and at that stage the medics reckoned it a career-ending injury.
