Matt Williams has recalled Darren Cave to Ulster's midfield ahead of their Magner's League tie against Heineken Cup semi finalists Cardiff Blues tomorrow night at Ravenhill.

It means Ian Whitten, who impressed in the 20-19 defeat of Glasgow, slips back down to the bench in what is otherwise an unchanged side.
