Four Lions in Leinster squad

Four British & Irish Lions Brian O'Driscoll, Jamie Heaslip, Rob Kearney and Luke Fitzgerald have been included in the Leinster squad to face the Glasgow Warriors in Saturday's Magners League clash at The RDS (KO: 7.35pm).

Previously suspended out-half Jonathan Sexton, Rocky Elsom, Felipe Contepomi and Ollie le Roux are also in contention for game time.

Worryingly, tight-head prop CJ van der Linde is nowehere to be seen as the Heineken Cup semi-final against Munster looms on the horizon.

Leinster Forwards Coach Jono Gibbes defended the decision to rest frontline players in the Magner's League last week.

"We needed to rest a few of the players after the Harlequins game, with the short-turnaround and physically they were very sore after a bruising encounter," he said.

"I think that the week's rest has done the players (who missed the Edinburgh game) well. In the first two training sessions of the week they have been jumping out of their skins and they're pretty excited about playing in the RDS again this weekend".

"The squad are determined to get back to winning ways. It is vital that we build momentum over the next few weeks and we're not giving up on the Magners League title".

Over 12,500 tickets have been sold for Leinster's penultimate home game of the season.
