Toulouse sweat on Ellisalde injury

Toulouse half-back Jean-Baptiste Elissalde will have a scan on his right knee to determine the extent of the damage done in the Heineken Cup semi-final win over London Irish on Saturday.

It could be another blow to a Toulouse squad ravaged by injuries with key French Championship matches and, of course, the Heineken Cup final against Munster in the month ahead.

Elissalde played with a strapping on his left leg, indicating that he had a problem before the match.

He has said that the ligaments have not been seriously affected.

It will take a medical report to determine how long he will be advised to rest and rehabilitate.
