Catt is surprise selection for London Irish

Mike Catt is the surprise selection at out-half for London Irish at home to Perpignan in the Heineken Cup quarter-final on Sunday.

Captain Bob Casey is the only Irish player in the squad along with former Ireland Schools international Phil Murphy, a full Canadian international.

England international half-backs Peter Richards and Shane Geraghty are on the bench.
