Mortlock fit to skipper Wallabies
Stirling Mortlock has been passed fit to captain a full-strength Australia side in their opening World Cup clash with Japan on Saturday.
Mortlock has been struggling with a long-standing back problem, which forced him to sit out training sessions at the Wallabies’ base camp in Montpellier.
