Draw for world cup semi and final tickets

The France 2007 Organising Committee has announced that the public ticket allocation for the Rugby World Cup Final and semi-finals will be managed through a random draw process.

Members of the public can register for the draw by applying online via official Rugby World Cup websites.

This is the only through which members of the public can buy individual tickets to these matches.

However, ticket inclusive travel and hospitality packages (that include final and semi-final tickets) can still be purchased through RTH07 - the official Rugby World Cup 2007 supplier of travel and corporate hospitality packages.

Registrations for the draw are now open on Monday April and will close on Wednesday May 20.

The random draw will take place on May 23, 2007. The application window will be open for 35 days and is not based on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. This draw for tickets will be open to all members of the public around the world and 30,000 tickets are available across the three matches.

During the registration process for the draw applicants will be asked to indicate the matches they wish to be considered for.

Three separate draws will take place for each game starting with the Final, then Semi-Final 1 and finally Semi-Final 2.

Anyone wishing to enter the draw should visit www.france2007, www.rugbyworldcup.com or www.paramourdurugby.com.
