IRFU Performance manager stands down

The IRFU have announced that the High Performance Manager Mr. Steven Anderson and his family are returning to Australia at the end of this month to deal with urgent family medical issues in that country.

IRFU director of rugby Eddie Wigglesworth said: “Steven's contribution to the development of the IRFU PWC High Performance System has been immense and has made huge progress over the last year. We will miss greatly his contribution at this important time in the evolution of the programme”.

The IRFU will now begin a recruitment process for the position of High Performance Manager to take over the management of the PWC High Performance System.
