Irish back Shane Horgan was tonight confirmed among a lengthy Lions casualty list ahead of Saturday’s third Test against the All Blacks.

Horgan had three stitches put in a cut forehead during yesterday’s 17-13 victory over Auckland, while he also experienced tightness in his hamstring.
