Coach Mark McCall has made six changes from the Heineken Cup loss to Cardiff Blues.

Bryn Cunningham and Tyrone Howe will give them a Ulster out wide. Rod Moore and Rory Best have been added to the front row, and Gary Longwell and Campbell Feather will give the side a fresh look to the spine of the pack.

Elsewhere, in the replacements, Shane Stewart, returning from a knee injury, is named in the 22 for the first time since the pre-season friendly against NEC Harlequins in August.

ULSTER (v Ospreys): Bryn Cunningham; Tommy Bowe, Paul Steinmetz, Kevin Maggs, Tyrone Howe; David Humphreys, Kieran Campbell; Simon Best, Rory Best, Rod Moore, Gary Longwell, Matt McCullough, Campbell Feather (Capt), Neil Best, Roger Wilson.

Replacements: Paul Shields, Ronan McCormack, Rowan Frost, Andy Ward, Reece Spee, Adam Larkin, Shane Stewart.
