Henry Paul faces breath test refusal charge

Rugby star Henry Paul has been charged with failing to give a breath test after being pulled over by police in Britain, it emerged today.

The Gloucester centre is alleged to have refused to provide the specimen after being stopped in Cheltenham in the early hours of Sunday morning.
