The management of the Ireland Under 21 team have made two changes to the side that defeated Grand Slam holders Wales 30-19 for their match against England Under 21.

The management of the Ireland Under 21 team have made two changes to the side that defeated Grand Slam holders Wales 30-19 for their match against England Under 21.

Flanker Brendan O’Connor (Cork Constitution) has picked up an ankle injury and is replaced by Kevin McLaughlin (UCD).

Prop Declan Fitzpatrick (Belfast Harlequins) suffered a shoulder injury during the win over Wales and has been replaced by Keith Doyle (UCD).

The Ireland U21 team to play England U21 on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 7.30pm in Kingsholm, Gloucester RFC is as follows:
