We'll bury plucky tag, says O'Sullivan

Ireland coach Eddie O’Sullivan is hoping that good performances against France and England in the 2004 RBS 6 Nations championship will prevent his side being branded “plucky”.

Australian television commentators used the term to describe Ireland’s performance during the 17-16 defeat by the Wallabies in the World Cup pool stages, and O’Sullivan took offence.
