It is three wins from three for a resurgent Carlow side following this comprehensive dismissal of St Mary’s at Oak Park.
Out-half Ben Young proved to be the star of the show with an individual tally of 21 points.
Brent Pope’s side were missing 13 players due to international and representative callings, and it showed with their only points of the day coming from the boot of out-half Barry Lynn in the first half.
Carlow led 8-6 at the break with left wing Maurice Logue touching down for the first of five tries from the home side.
Their second bonus point win was ensured with second half tries from full back Billy Murphy, Rory Sheriff and two from out-half Young.
