O'Sullivan releases Ulster players

Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan has released all the fit Ulster players in the national squad to take part in Friday's friendly game against Orrell.

Available for the Ulster clash at Ravenhill will be Tyrone Howe, Simon Best, Gary Longwell, Paul Shields and Jonny Bell.

O'Sullivan said: "We want all guys to get games before the World Cup, and the provinces provide an ideal platform."
