Improved Castleknock beat St Gerard's

Castleknock College, last year's runners-up, improved out of all recognition, as the game wore on, to put six tries past a valiant St Gerard's School in a 38-13 win in the quarter-final of the Leinster Schools Section C Junior Cup at Donnybrook.

Left wing Bryan McKeon grabbed a brace and of tries centre Daniel O'Connor, right wing Aiden Redmond, scrum-half Eric Murphy and openside Mark Sheerin accounted for the rest.
