Leinster survive late Bristol scare

A late try and conversion from Bristol outhalf Phelipe Contepomi made this Heineken European Cup opener closer than it should have been.

A textbook try from Denis Hickie just before half-time was converted by Brian O'Meara, who added his third penalty to make it 19-6 at the break.

A try from Victor Costelloe early in the second-half made the score too much for Bristol to come back into it.
