Tigers swoop for Naufahu

Leicester have taken steps to ease their injury crisis by signing Canterbury centre Joseph Naufahu.

Naufahu has represented New Zealand at Colts and Academy level and will give the Tigers much-needed cover.

With eight backs out injured, Dean Richards was forced to name a makeshift side for the Orange Cup win over Biarritz at the weekend.

"He is a fast, powerful centre with good ball skills and will be looking to make a big impression," Richards.
