Six Nations: Gatland - the pressure’s off
Ireland coach Warren Gatland looked ahead to his side’s Lloyds TSB Six Nations clash with England in Dublin on Saturday and said: ‘‘We’ve got nothing to lose.’’
Gatland saw his men clinch second place in the disjointed 2001 Championship courtesy of a record 36-6 victory over Wales at the Millennium Stadium, maintaining an unbeaten record in Cardiff which stretches back to 1983.
