Mike Catt is out of the Lions tour to Australia and will be replaced by Wales centre Scott Gibbs.

Bath and England star Catt suffered a recurrence of calf trouble during yesterday’s 28-25 defeat against Australia A in Gosford, and his worst fears were quickly confirmed.
