O’Brien set for Leinster return

The Tullow Tank will return to Leinster colours tonight to make his first appearance since the ill-fated Test series against the All Blacks in June.

Sean O’Brien has been named at number eight to earn his 72nd Leinster cap in their RaboDirect Pro12 clash with the Glasgow Warriors. His timing could not be better as the province face Clermont in the Heineken Cup on December 9 at the Stade Marcel Michelin needing a win to take top spot from the French side before their return meeting in the Aviva on December 15.

O’Brien will join an all-Ireland back-row alongside Shane Jennings and Kevin McLaughlin in a side shorn a number of their international stars.

However Isa Nacewa returns from injury to start at full-back and Ian Madigan will be hoping to put his hand up for international selection as he makes he takes the number 10 shirt.
