Cyclists must observe respect for road users

IT was interesting to read the recent letter regarding cyclists and their treatment by motorists. It was, however, extremely one-sided.

I recently witnessed the following incidents of flagrant disregard by cyclists for the Rules of the Road:

A cyclist weaving between two lanes of traffic stopped at a red traffic light and then continuing through the same red light.
