Cogan skipper for Scotland clash

CORK CONSTITUTION back rower Frank Cogan captains the Ulster Bank Club team to face Scotland Clubs in Netherdale tomorrow night (7.30pm).

The side, coached by David O’Mahony, contains five new caps and will include free-scoring Dolphin out-half Barry Keeshan, who partners St Mary’s College scrum-half Matt D’Arcy.

Former Con skipper Evan Ryan, now of Clontarf, and Dolphin’s Eric Moloney will form an experienced centre partnership while Old Belvedere’s David Mongan earns his first cap with Galwegians’ John Cleary on the wings. John O’Brien of Buccaneers is another new cap at full-back.
