Best shocked by whirlwind return

RORY BEST says he has found it hard to take in what has happened in the last four weeks after he was given permission by Ireland coach Declan Kidney to start for Ulster in their Magners League clash with the Dragons at Ravenhill tonight.

Best plays his first game for the province since the final game of last season, even though he looks set to start next Saturday’s Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham following Jerry Flannery’s six-week ban.

Ulster, however, start without Tom Court, who is nursing bruised ribs and Ireland flanker Stephen Ferris. But Andrew Trimble and Paddy Wallace both start as does Ian Humphreys at fly-half, while Bryan Young comes in at loose-head and TJ Anderson will wear the number six jersey.
