Ronan’s roasting down to dirty tricks

ANOTHER day, another rumour.

Within hours of rubbishing reports that Geordan Murphy was leaving the Irish World Cup camp in a fit of pique at being dropped from the subs’ bench against France on Friday, the squad was rocked yesterday by comments concerning Ronan O’Gara in the French sports newspaper L’Equipe.

When asked about his mindset after the two disappointing Irish performances against Namibia and Georgia, Ireland’s playmaker and key player replied that “there are lots of rumours and they are all bull****”.
