TWO rugby fans are planning a petition to have rugby in Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Bill Kearney and George Bulman want to convince the GAA to release the ground for the Heineken Cup quarter-final if Munster land a home draw by beating Leicester tomorrow.

“Everybody agrees it is ludicrous that Munster might have to travel abroad for a home game,” Mr Bulman, a life-long GAA club member, said. “We believe that the Cork County Board is a reasonable organisation and that many of their members would be only too delighted to have the red of Munster thronging Pairc Uí Chaoimh.”
