Youghal must be wary of Richmond
Leaders Youghal were fortunate to beat Clonmel last time out, when a dropped goal in injury time earned them a 19-16 victory. They will have to show a big improvement at home to Richmond.
The Limerick side had a narrow win over Clanwilliam last week, but with their injury list beginning to clear up, they should field one of their strongest sides this season and could cause an upset.
Title favourites Nenagh Ormond face another of their main challengers when St Senan's are the visitors.
They defeated St Senan's earlier in the season in the Junior Clubs cup.
St Senan's unbeaten league run ended in Crosshaven last week and they are unlikely to get back to winning ways this weekend.
Bruff, despite losing to Nenagh, are still in the hunt by picking up valuable bonus points. They face fifth-placed Bandon at home and despite the west Cork's side recent revival, Bandon are unlikely to make it three wins in a row.
Crosshaven, boosted by that win over St Senan's, travel to Castleisland, confident they can keep their promotion challenge back on track.
Cobh Pirates will be anxious to turn their season around with a victory away to Clanwilliam, who are just a point above them in the table.
Thurles, still looking for their first league win, entertain Kilfeacle.
The big game in the Second Division is the meeting of leaders Douglas and Old Christians at Rathcooney. The home side after losing their opening game to Muskerry, have clawed their way back into contention with victories over Kanturk and Kinsale that yielded valuable bonus points.
Douglas, who started with three games without conceding a point, have gone on a scoring spree in their last two games, notching up 97 points, which included eight tries in each of these games.
Victory for Douglas would boost their promotion hopes, while a win for the home side would open up the promotion race. Muskerry, joint top with Douglas, entertain Ennis.
St Mary's are going through a lean period and they will be anxious to get a win over Ballincollig at Tanner Park.
Skibbereen take on Tralee, and after a few seasons in the top flight both sides are finding it hard to adjust to life in the Second Division.
The West Cork side have held the edge in recent meetings and with home advantage, will be expected to collect the points.
Both Kanturk and Waterford City, who suffered heavy defeats last week, will want to bounce back with home wins. Kanturk take on Carrick on Suir and Waterford should prove too strong for Kinsale.
Third Division League leaders Galbally will face their stiffest task to date when they entertain Cashel, who are a point behind them. Galbally got a great result last week in Abbeyfeale and a win against Cashel would make the rest of the promotion hopefuls, take notice of their challenge.
Cashel have recovered well, since their defeat by Charleville and should continue their good run with a win.
Fermoy, having lost their unbeaten record last week at home to Presentation, will not relish the prospect of the short trip to Charleville. The home side are unbeaten and should prove too strong for their visitors.
Abbeyfeale's hopes of a quick return to the Second Division look gone after they lost for the second successive week. They travel to Presentation still in contention for promotion and the west Limerick side could be facing their fourth defeat of the campaign.
Dunmanway should continue their revival with a home win against Dungarvan and home advantage should give Newcastle West the edge over Kilrush.
The two sides at the foot of the table Killarney and Mallow face each other at the Kerry venue, both will be eager for victory.
