A smashing 31st minute try by flanker Barry O'Mahony was a key element in Crescent Comprehensive's easy passage to the semi-final of the Coca Cola Munster Schools senior Cup in Bandon yesterday.

Crescent struggled to subdue Bandon's enthusiasm for the battle until O'Mahony struck with a 50 metre run that yielded the try and put his side firmly in the driving seat.
