Ireland ring changes as Bell forced to withdraw

ULSTER centre Jonathan Bell has been forced to withdraw from the party flying out today for Ireland’s warm-weather training camp in Bilbao.

Bell, named on Sunday in the 30-man Irish World Cup squad, will be left behind to receive treatment for an ankle injury.

He is being replaced on the trip by fellow Ulsterman Paddy Wallace and joins Leinster’s Shane Horgan and Munster duo John Hayes and John Kelly on the treatment table. They are replaced by Gordon D’Arcy, Justin Fitzpatrick and Tyrone Howe.
