Come hither, we have a most excellent trailer to show you. It's for the new documentary The Queen of Ireland and it goes like this.

There's drama, humour and the incredible backdrop of the Marriage Referendum which became the final step in a multi-year journey for O'Neill and director Conor Horgan. From the tiny village of Ballinrobe to the world stage, Panti became a symbol for equality as Ireland inched towards a moment which will define the country for years to come.

It's part bio, part celebration and includes interviews with the likes of Bunny, Tonie Walsh, Colm O’Gorman, Shirley Temple Bar, Una Mullally, David Norris, the O’Neill family, the other half of CANDI PANTI, Angelo Pitillo, long time collaborators Niall Sweeney and Philip McMahon. Early reviews have been rapturous and we can't wait to see it.

The Queen of Ireland is in Irish cinemas on the 21st of October, launching with a live Q&A featuring Brendan Courtney and guests.
