Sainte Tartare can make it third time lucky when she contests the Limerick Racecourse Mares’ Maiden Hurdle, the second race on Tuesday afternoon’s seven-race card in Limerick.

A seven-year-old mare who was unraced until late November, she was sent off favourite for a Tramore maiden hurdle on debut but came up three parts of a length shy of The Great Nudie — form which received a nice boost when the winner ran away with a novice race on Monday in Punchestown.
