Enjoying a tremendous season, Darragh O’Keeffe (pictured) doubled-up on Native Speaker and Whatsavailable on Student Day in Fairyhouse, bringing his tally for the campaign to thirty-six.
The Henry de Bromhead-trained Native Speaker, beaten at 4/7 on his fencing bow in Sligo, produced an exemplary display of jumping when landing the Irish National Hunt Steeplechase CLG Beginners Chase at the expense of Gordon Elliott’s Will Do, sent off 6/5 favourite following the withdrawal of stable-companion Stellar Story.
