Irish weekend tips: Long layoff unlikely to stop Rosalys in Cork

A busy weekend ahead with four meetings across two days, and, having had Flat racing on Friday night, Cork Racecourse welcomes the National Hunt battalions on Saturday, and Rosalys can make a winning return to action by taking the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares’ Maiden Hurdle.

Winner of a UK bumper when trained by Emma Lavelle, she joined Henry de Bromhead in the middle of last year and made her debut for the stable in a maiden hurdle in mid-September at Navan.
