Dashel Drasher demotion reversed following appeal hearing

The decision was not well received by Brian Acheson of Robcour Racing, owners of Teahupoo, who described the panel's finding as "absolute rubbish"

Connections of Dashel Drasher have won their appeal against the decision of the local stewards to demote him from second place to third in the Paddy Power Stayers' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.

The gelding, trained by Jeremy Scott, was a 40-1 chance for the contest when ridden by Rex Dingle in the three-mile Grade One.
